Connecting Bitbucket

1

Begin the Connection

Click Connect with Identity Provider to start the Bitbucket integration process from within the Krait dashboard.
2

Authenticate with Atlassian

You will be securely redirected to the Atlassian/Bitbucket login page.
Krait never has access to your credentials during this process.
3

Sign In with SSO

Use your organization’s SSO credentials to authenticate your Bitbucket account and confirm your identity.
4

Grant Permissions

Review the permissions requested by Krait and approve them.
These permissions allow Krait to scan and monitor your Bitbucket repositories for security risks.
5

Return to Krait

After approval, you will be redirected back to Krait automatically, and your Bitbucket integration will be activated.
Congratulations! Your Bitbucket is now connected to Krait. You’ll find vulnerabilities in your dashboard soon.

Disconnecting Bitbucket

To disconnect Bitbucket from your Krait workspace, navigate to Integrations in the main sidebar, then select Version Control. Locate Bitbucket in the list of connected integrations and click Disconnect. Only a workspace owner has permission to disconnect the Bitbucket integration. Confirm the prompt to complete the disconnection. Once disconnected, Bitbucket will no longer be scanned or monitored by Krait, and you can reconnect at any time from the Version Control section if needed.
You may need to uninstall the KraitDev app from your Bitbucket account manually.
